Day 1 September 26, 2009


6:00 AM -- meet-up at Shangri-la Mall

6:30 AM -- ETD

9:30 AM -- ETA AETA Settlement Area, Subic

10:00 AM -- Participants' briefing (Kelly and Sir Bonie of FOLPMI)

10:30 AM -- TREK Planning Session (Kelly)

12:00 NN -- hosted lunch

1:00 PM -- Break into groups / Prepare for feeding program / party

3:00 PM -- Feeding program (Noel) / party (Elias and Mimay)

5:00 PM -- Dinner (by individual or group)

7:00 PM -- dinner

8:00 PM -- socials / group reports and performances / games (Lanie)

11:30 PM -- Lights out

Day 2 September 27, 2009


7:00 AM -- Wake-up call / breakfast

8:00 AM -- Basic Mountaineering Course (BMC) for participants (JP) /
Planning session 2 for TREK organizers (Rex)

12:00 NN -- hosted lunch

1:00 PM -- Resume BMC / TREK organizers to TREK documents (Jong)

4:00 PM -- Break camp

5:00 PM -- ETD Subic

8:00 PM -- ETA Manila

*(For those who will follow, take Victory Liner, then jeep - San Marcelino
Route. Go down Sacatihan, take pedicab (15 pesos, less than 1KM), plus
10mins. trek)*

Things to bring:

· tent / sleeping bag

· clothes / rain gears

· toiletries

· insect repellant

· dinner and breakfast

· drinking water

· educational toys / educational materials for our beneficiaries /
prizes

· cookies / candies / chocolates / party favors (150 pieces minimum)

Budget:

Php 1,000.00 inclusive of transportation, all meals, BMC

Optional:

Contribution for the feeding program. We are budgeting Php 50.00 per kid,
total of 150 beneficiaries. Sponsors as many kids as you can.
